With a significant winter storm in the forecast, the Keuka College Department of Athletics has announced changes to games scheduled for this weekend.
The women’s lacrosse home game against Medaille College, originally scheduled for Saturday, March 12, at 1 p.m. will now be played on Friday, March 11, at 4 p.m.
The men’s lacrosse home game against SUNY Brockport, originally scheduled for Saturday, March 12, at 4 p.m. will now be played on Monday, March 14, at 4 p.m.
The baseball team was scheduled to play a doubleheader against Cazenovia College on Sunday, March 13, at Hamilton College. The Wolves will now face the Wildcats at Falcon Park in Auburn for a single, nine-inning game on Monday, March 14. The first pitch is scheduled for 6 p.m.
Remaining unchanged this weekend will be the Keuka Cheer and Dance Classic. The College will host a competition for the first time in history, bringing in competitive cheerleading and dance teams from area colleges. The competition will take place in the main gym at the JMW Recreation and Athletics Center and is scheduled for a 1 p.m. start.
One non-athletics event, a glass-blowing trip to the Hot Glass Studio in Corning that had been scheduled for Friday, has been canceled.
